Artie, good find on this one as usual. Speaks of the supposed "breakaway" ministry that has been talked about wherein they have more control over the mining aspect ie could possibly be (not sure) environmental permits. This says first draft ready but I guess the question is how many drafts to they have to go through?

In earlier emails with RM he has stated that the mining law has always been passed around and/or spoke of but nothing concrete has ever come of it. I wonder if that is still the case with this? He also has said that all companies in the area are usually given information on any proposals/law and as of recent they haven't seen anything.

Also another question that one should think of. What happens with KRY's contract if the CVG was dissolved into another entity?
