ABN .- The United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) propose after the elections of mayors and governors, to be held on November 23, the constitutional amendment for re-election of the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez Frías, order to carry out its mandate until the year 2013, informed the mayor of Libertador municipality, Freddy Bernal.
