I view it differently. I think it is in our best interest to have the auction delayed a bit. We have waited a long time and waiting an extra month might actually allow shareholders to get paid sooner.
The article says:
The Venezuela representatives want a pause in the court process at least until results are known from the Venezuelan presidential election in July.
The elections are set for July 28th. The closing of bids for the auction are due June 11th at 6pm with a sale hearing scheduled tenatively for July 15th, 13 days before the VZ election. With Maduro and the opposition on different sides of settling with KRY because of the election it would be easier if the election was first.
This might not be best for some of the attached companies but I'm here for KRY shareholders. This is just my opinion. It is based on shareholders getting their money ASAP.
