Looks like Maduro wants to pay back; some cash, and the other over months to keep Citgo.

I hope Crystallex and Conoco don't agree. 

How can any company trust Vz after so very many years of denial of debt and pushback and cost in time.

The latest has affected companys down the list negatively, indicating the possibility.
