Hi Don, yes, I am that guy!   Way back to the Arborwood days.  

My shares are located in a Canadian retail bank trading account, and I can still see them.   I remember people asking what might happen if we actually got a settlement - some of the other trading accounts were insisting they delete the inactive Crystallex shares (unless i remember that wrong).

My hope is that my shares exist in their original valid state, they just can't be traded.  And when the time comes, they will be worth whatever the settlement is and that will happen automatically.
