Jimmi I think we have a failure in communication. I'll try to address your concerns.

1. I was being facetious about the money. I think you took it literally.

Nice back track. I guess you are using alternitive facts!

2. Gowling are suggesting the judge "broke" the law, not Tenor or Fung, in granting the waterfall agreement. (Assuming their case is a breach in the Criminal Code).

I didn't suggest the Judge broke any law. You did. I suggested that Fung and Tenor knowling made an agreement that was not allowed by law.

3. As to what I know, I don't live in a bubble. There are other people I talk to, and some of them are opt ins.

I assumed you have some opt ins involved as a strategy to know what the other side is doing. I'm asking what information they have that other opt in don't have or were you simply being facetious when you make comments implying that Gowling will run out of money. Sounds like more scare tactics.

4. The sum total of money from the opt ins will exceed that from the opt in committee, assuming Gowling are successful. You placed your faith in the VZ government - and now trash them. You placed you faith in Fung and now trash him. You placed your faith in Tenor and now trash them. You are placing your faith in the opt in committee / Gowling - will you trash them?

If your suggesting you know how many opt ins there are let all of us know. If your saying  if Gowling is successful in getting everyone on board like they wanted with an opt out formula then the answer is obviously yes. You have once again said what I thought which is wrong. Show me where I placed any faith in the VZ government. I have always had faith in the rule of law which has protected our investment in VZ through ISCID. I also believe the law will correct the course Fung and Tenor have us on. You are finally correct in saying I'm putting my faith with Gowling and the committee. They are the only ones that are fighting for shareholders.

5. There is no noose, tight or otherwise. Once Gowling actually bring a motion we can talk about nooses.

More advise. First you want Gowling to wait until the money is collected. Now you want Gowling to bring a motion ahead of the money. I would imagine that as summer holidays wind down and the new judge gets up to speed we will see some action. My feeling is the noose will tighten and you'll want a seat in my bubble.

6. I haven't trashed your efforts (I'm assuming your "efforts" mean opting in or have you done something more? There is an argument to trash the opt in committee efforts but that is a different story probably best not aired in public). You and others however have trashed my efforts - and my efforts simply consist of offering a different point of view. Btw slagging and trashed are synonyms.

On the contrary Paau. You continue to trash those of us that want to fight Fung and Tenor for what is fair. We have told you numerous times that we are opting in so when you continue to tell we are wasting our time with anyone asking your thoughts is trashing. We have debated the issue many time and neither of us have moved so rather than telling me I'm wasting my time go back to posting factual information about what is happening in court when something happens.
