A judge does not usually tell the parties when a decision will be reached. I expect this in August but it could be September depending perhaps upon his holidays.

I'm optimistic that the decision will be favorable but this is by no means "judgement day for VZ". Mind you I didn't think they would capitulate to GRZ so it is possible. One thing you can be sure of - there is no cheque in the mail and if there ever is I won't be surprised if it is dated 2019 or later.

As to "butt kicking". I disagree with you and Don and Jimmi and many others about the value of opting in but I have not and will not attack you personally for it. Phrases such as "would take advantage of us at our expense" and "Had we put up nothing, then nothing would likely be the outcome" are such fun to read. Some of you might take a moment to calculate how much expense and how much you have put up to opt in!
