Very good question. What would be our possible maximum exposure per share if we end up having to pay them?  Kinda uncomfortable signing this in an open-ended situation. Do you not think that Gowling should indicate a maximum possible exposure to us per share? Also if we end up being on the hook,how would Gowling collect?
