Calling them names will help. At least with our feelings about them.
Bottom line - All Just Business, for Tenor and Fung and company.

On the surface, the motion looks like a good idea for shareholders. Regrettably, this looks like a proposed give-away of shareholder equity to a self-appointed group that has their own attorney (not for unrepresented shareholders, but for themselves) and gets funding through the Crystallex Estate. This committee sure looks like, "They are looking out for themselves only."
So, do we call this proposed committee names?
