Looks like a Hail Mary on the way. This saga has seen much monetary loss and anguish for shareholders. The Tenor trough of give-aways and the out in plain sight rearrangement of Tenor prominently on the company board, as Fung protects only himself. A big hill to climb.
Keep in mind, also, that annual shareholder meetings were cancelled by the judge, which many here applauded. Now, we have a motion to form a committee of secret squirrel insiders. Hollywood couldn't make this stuff up. Could it work out good for shareholders?
Hoping it works out, and that this is not just continued hopium game playing with shareholders.
