they have to pay to KRY first, compensate the shareholders as well. The gold is still there underground.

Is there a link between the ICSID Crystallex hearing and the new development/ agreement with China?

I am just wondering as it looks long waiting this hearing.

Vz or China can buy the shareholders to a fair price.

The shareholders were the foundation of this KRY.
