Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Well if you agree with Don, tell me when you would have filed for arbitration. Then there
would be whinning that if we hadn't have filed for arbitration, we'd be mining the property
now....
EZ, I don't have the facts to tell you when I would have filed. I only have what KRY has told us. The question about when KRY reasonably knew we wouldn't be getting the go ahead is what you need to look at. Don rightfully pointed out that we spent millions fulfilling obligations that didn't need to be fulfilled until we had received the permit.
Was this done to ensure our case was undisputable or to bring in more money and pay salaries of management. None of us know the whole truth. Fung either decided to keep throwing long bombs because of hope or he wanted the gravey train to continue. Kind of brings us back to the amount of shares management bought and why invest in a company that management won't spend their money on.
I doubt we would be whinning about not mining since even the chosen one RML is now in arbitration. There is no company to look at and say well their mining.
I accept the position we're in and look forward to when it is over. That doesn't change my ability to read Don's post and see that I agree with his thoughts that Fung and company should have known.
