EZ, you sure love going out on a limb. Given what we've been told I agree we should have an iron clad case. The issue is we aren't the ones deciding, the arbitrators are. I feel very confident that the move by VZ to disqualify their own choice is a positive for Kry. It may simply be a delay tactic but I would have expected VZ to try and disqualify our arbitrator.

It probably won't be until 2015 before we get any award. I will wait patiently like I have all along because there is nothing else I can do.
