Ouch. This does not sound good for our actually seeing any payment. Can the US Gov't. allow seisure of assets(oil, etc or deposits) assuming they are there to sieze? Is there any precedent to point to, or is this all window dressing?

In other words, who has collected from VZ, and how did it happen?
