JJ you are 100% correct. We did have to pay for the attempt to take over the company and again we had to pay for the next 19 months of security and less risk. It did get us to arbiration.

In the event of bankruptcy all moneys will be divided up thru a trustee and if awarded to the company, stockholders will determine how and when it will be dispersed
