The only people who know that are insiders and the monitor.

Lots of our costs have been because of fighting the noteholders. That is why the Judge has stopped motions from being filed without court approval first. The Standstill Order stops court action for now.

What the noteholder tried to do was steal the company. There plan would have paid management the same as our current deal so I do give credit to Fung for stopping the commons from being eliminated totally.

Make no mistake we commons are paying the price for their attempt. The current agreement with the noteholders could have been reached prior to CCAA to avoid what is happening now. The note holders could have even gotten a small piece of the pie but their greed has cost everyone except tenor.

If I remember right there was a deal to prevent Kry from going into CCAA protection that was scuttled by the noteholders just prior to filing. The deal would have given the noteholders what their notes were worth. Tenor backed away because of the potential of the noteholders suing.

So here we are. The noteholders getting what they could have gotten without trying to bankrupt us and the commons paying the price. As bad a management is they are still preferable to what the noteholders wanted to do to us.
