I have looked at the Photo of Hugo and daughters several times. I cannot rectify what I have read about him, including reports of his death, and of very serious complications, and what would appear to be a relatively healthy man.

And can I believe that he would not be making public speeches, at least, if he were indeed that healthy? I am more and more of the opinion that it is a photoshop product.
