I am glad to see the monitor is reporting that Crystallex management continues to work in good faith to resolve the bondholder situation and he paints a fairly rosy picture to the Judge as he supports the extension. IMO The bond issue will be set aside (or just not agreed upon) until after the ISCID decision is made.

The bondholders may petition the judge to decide what they feel constitutes fair compensation above the legal and contractual obligation. Of course I think they are only entitled only to the better of the legal or the contractual amount.

Those still hanging on here must believe we win at the ISCID (or they're playing the potential GRZ bump) I agree with those who are watching for a GRZ settlement or ISCID decision and the Venezuelan response to this decision. Some reaction to the SP to occur? I personally would like to see any sign of life in the ticker.

After looking at Appendix "B" and from the numbers posted in the Monitor's report the planned burn for the five months through May extension being described is about 7.5 Million Dollars. After that (barring any unforeseen costs) there is about 10 Million left to get thru November 11, 2013 (final hearing), which is about the same period of time. So it seems that (according to this report) there is enough funding with the current DIP/Tenor facility, and court extensions, to make it to the final oral hearing, but how long will it be to get our ISCID decision after that?

BTW, From the chart in Appx "B" looks like Crystallex is expecting to raise (only) about 1 Million (7% of the original cost) from the equipment sales. I was hoping for a little more than that.

At the current rate of spending there might be 1 or 2 million left to burn on November 11. 2013.

I could not find what the "NORMAL" time it takes to receive a decision after the final oral hearing, so if someone knows or researched this.........?

Does anyone know if the Crystallex salaries or costs diminish after the Final oral hearing?

Doug Bellanger over at GRZ stated that as their ISCID case continues, the burn rate decreases.

IMO- I'm fairly sure that the report numbers are worked to present the best case scenario for the Monitor and the Judge. If that is the case the real money available for funding would be less than shown in the calculations. It sure feels like someone has figured out how to spend every penny of the financing right down to the zero hour.
