Hopefully the Judge will agree. Last time the Judge reduced the time of the requested extension. The costs of being in CCAA protection are staggering and would be better spent on getting to the end of the arbitration process but without the noteholders cooperating that won't happen.

If the stay is granted to May 17th then I see more extensions with under 6 months left to the oral hearing. Hopefully a positive ruling for GRZ in that time frame will solidify our claim and show we are correct that the only way for everyone to get paid is to continue the stay until the process is completed.
