I respectfully disagree. I believe that the court's position is that the current plan of arbitration is the best plan for everyone. They will continue to extend the stay until a settlement is reached. What other recourse do the noteholders have if the Supreme Court strikes them down? I think that we are safe, as long as we can prove that we are doing everything possible to continue with arbitration and consider settlement offers.
