Never thought there would be an actual Compromise/Arrangement settlement announced.

Am saying that these guys, Bondies-Management-Tenor, extended the last stay for reasons of vacations cutting into their time to work on the Compromise/Arrangement proposal, which should have been submitted to Creditors at this point. Regardless of whether they agree on an Arrangement/Compromise at this time, which is unlikely, disclosure of the proposal is mandated.

Continued shenanigans appear to be afoot.
