EZ, one problem (especially as long as hugo is in power).. what assets will venezuela hold outside of venezuela that are'nt already spoken for by another country? hugo has repatriated gold, oversold his oil on debt to china/russia (so any oil leaving the country is already chinas oil) and is indebted to pretty much everyone else. have you seen citgo recently, they could'nt give it away.

venezuela is still a major supplier to the US but that # has been steadily dropping and probably wont continue imo once arbitrations hit.

i think in the end any award from icsid will have to paid by an IMF/world bank loan to venezuela to pay off arbitratations... seems like a conflict to me.
