This was something i asked once before and i dont think anyone answered.Where does it say that shareholders will get anything in a settlement If the company is still solvent and decides to bank whatever money is left after paying off all debt and decides it is going to buy another property somewhere and begin over,i dont think we have any say in it,do we?
