I don't think anyone here can reasonably say that they won't settle for whatever amount. We'll settle for what we get, IF and when, we ever get anything.
I have some shares that I paid more than $5, but was able to average down to 53₵. If I could get that, in this lifetime, I'd be happy, and not complain about lost opportunities.
Before all this flurry of activity I expected to write it all off as a loss. Anything above a half buck is gravy to me. I am not convinced, once it all shakes out, that we will ever see anything.
You can't deposit "awards" in the bank. I have seen many awards from ICSID, but have not yet found any acxtual payments (but haven't searched for a while).
