Don't disagree with it could take time. I suppose that if people are waiting for the completion before getting any money like I am then the time doesn't really matter as much as those looking to exit upon the share price raising.
Assuming financing is arranged, it will give those wishing to cut and run opportunities over the course of the process. The first of these should happen upon surviving the threat of BK. More trading opportunities will happen like they have with GRZ. We will probably also get rise and falls with GRZ's case.
The longer we stay in the game the better our position becomes. The closer to an award and the closer to the end of Hugo.
There is also the possibility that the time frame on a settlement could be near term once we survive and begin negotiations with VZ again. Knowing we aren't going anywhere will change balance of negotiating to be more favorable for us reaching a settlement.
