Experts can say whatever they want (the aricle is dated 2009). Can we find any award that was forced on Ecudor or bolivia after pulling out?

I found this case ( Murphy Exploration and Production Company International v Republic of Ecuador) and it's interesting, Murphy lost because they didn't follow the right path.

It seems that Crystallex management did the right thing to try all other possible channels before going for ICSID (did GRZ wait long enough before filing?)
