Here we go again...back to .09.

To me, the company blew an opportunity to get this financing done earlier than this. Wouldn't it have been nice to have a clearly written press release months ago that we would live to fight our strong case against Hugo?

Actually get ahead of a deadline instead of this last minute crap.

I know, I know...complex deals like this take time, especially in this economy...

But, just ONE time, wouldn't be nice for our fearless "leaders" to win one battle that no one was expecting them to win and actually surprise the market with really good news?

JUST ONCE I would like to see that happen...

Isn't that what they get paid to do?

When was the last time we got really good news?
