Good post Stroot....and very close to what I got from the US federal judge I consulted with yesterday.

I know many here are focused on the 23rd. But history shows KRY's never (or almost never) met a single deadline.

So the 23rd will probably come and go without a word from management other than to say, "we're still talking to various parties (insert here, various ven officials) and we're confident of success." Blah Blah Blah.

I expect KRY will not be able to get the financing by the 23rd. If Santa brings new financing to KRY that will be a pleasant surprise. But if he doesn't .....I won't be destroyed.

KRY crushed my heart a long time ago. But luckily my wonderful wife keeps it pumping and my silly dog keeps it laughing.
