Excellent post Stroot! I just hope we don't find out if your scenario is bang on.

I would much prefer the private placement deal/resolution and a slow rise in the shares through re-accumulation (by some factions familiar with KRY who have left us for dead - who could blame them?) and new spec money. Good news for Gold Reserve, which I fully anticipate in the first half of 2012, will surely be good news for us. Throw in some sort of small-scale activity in the mining sector by the Company with its new capital and maybe we get re-listed on the big boards... who knows?

Crystallex has come back from the grave before. We still have a pulse. Don't rule anything out folks.
