The recent postings about the imminent closing are identical to the RM and company responses throughout the years. I believe them to be true, however, they mean nothing, just as in the past. Parties are very interested, just finishing the paperwork, we are very confident, we are wrapping up the legalities, the attorneys and principals are finalizing the complicated paperwork, we can't control what Chavez decides, etc., etc., etc. I'll be happy if I never hear one of these statements for the rest of my life!
