I concur with your posts. I am awaiting subscription documents from MacQ Canada for the private placement which I have decided to participate in, if anything to offer some support to efforts. Odds of success have been raised quite a bit the last 24 hrs I am told by a large investor of size commiting and increasing their share. Success rate has therefore shot up significantly, at least I am told. Hopefully it wont be much longer. Stock price sure is not reflecting the behind-the-scenes situation. I'm looking forward to receiving final term sheet and documents soon before escrowing funds. Have a good weekend everyone. Good luck.
