All of this unnecessary heartache could have been avoided if only Crystallex, the brokers, the lawyers, etc... would have included a realistic closing date in the PR. ___ It is baffling to me how those closest to the deal could be so wrong on the date. I understand KRY did not come up with the estimated closing date but ultimately KRY is responsible for the content of their own PRs and therefore must have agreed that this date was achievable. I also know that the 28th wasn't hard deadline but that date has long passed with no official announcement that the parties have agreed to extend the closing date. I don't care how you slice it, the public relations part of this pp has been terribly mishandled by KRY. _______ Sorry. I needed to vent. Beandog
