For What It's Worth:

The word I got from my broker is that the syndication book did not close on Friday and the timing of the closing and timing of any public announcement is an unknown.

Based on the above info I'm not expecting any news on Monday.

I'm told "they are working on it" but the only date/deadline on KRY's radar is the $100 million debt due date at the end of December.
