My 'glass is half full' take on his response is that things are moving forward and the deal will close but not as quickly as expected. By the way, is there a legal definition of "shortly"? :) Beandog

There's the legal definition of "shortly", the layman's definition, and KRY's definition which is a range of anywhere from 24 hours to 24 years... :)
