Timing of closing any financing transaction is always difficult to predict especially when a private placement. The Company has been pleased with the interest and process and hopes the news of closing will be in the rear view mirror shortly." _______________________________________________________________________________________________ My 'glass is half full' take on his response is that things are moving forward and the deal will close but not as quickly as expected.
