brun, if i may answer... the biggest question is how much of a percentage of the award do the cvr's represent?..."to be determined"... 10%, 50%, 90%

also, what rate do we pay on the note side/etc..

i'll tell you this much. if i was willing to risk my $$ on this case then i would want a minimum of 5X in 5 years and i'd want it "first in line"...
