The timing was suspiciously close to both the tribunal completion and the noteholder action being dismissed. Either could have caused the delay in announcing financing.

I would imagine the buyers are already lined up and it will close on time. The only unknown right now is the bonus payment when we win our case. That we should know by the end of the month. It will be possible to figure out what value we have dependent on the award once we know the bonus figure.

With a bottom line of winning costs at $550 million to a top end of the whole $3.8 billion it will be interesting to see the formula for the CVR payment. This might give us an idea what amount Kry believes we will be awarded.
