The Tribunal issues an order for the discontinuance of the proceeding on February 10, 2009, for lack of payment of the required advances, pursuant to ICSID Administrative and Financial Regulation 14(3)(d). there was a similar case of a Penitentiary Construction Company vz venezuela in 2000, cancelled due to lack of money to continue. I believe Fung said we do have the money to see this through at one point. i'm sure Vz is hoping to delay as long as possible to extend our costs to run out of money. maybe that is why we are at 12 cents. Up from 10cents a day ago anyways. Hope Hope hope. Need a tribunal constituted as soon as possible. Isn't there some kind of statute timetable for this sort of thing? If so i could not find one. A lot of them average 6 mo but some took 12 mo. |
