Withholding the base documentation and engineering procedures of mining las cristinas from Vz gives us some clout hopefully. We all know vz will get out of paying $3.8B one way or another and by which any company that wants to mine it will have to pay it making the enterprise unviable for anybody. It is like a catch 22. I have yet to see Vz pay any icsid conclusion in cash. I've seen some payments in bonds but no cash.
