hondo, they cut thier claim at the same time pdvsa was issuing bonds (some stories implied "so" ven could issue bonds)? it really looked like exxon already negotiated something with ven to get exxon to cut the claim so who knows what they'll actually get from the original claim but probably more than 30% imo.
