looks like XOM is getting 30% of what was originally asked (12B) but their lawyers might have come in with really high damages to start negotiations.

If we got 30% after a doubling of the shares that's $1.56, agree with Turtlefoam calc's.

Our Damages sought (3.8B) seem more realistic and proveable losses than XOM's were so maybe the final outcome is 2-3 dollars? One can only hope.

When the financing occurs we should feel a lot better right away, unless it is freakishly expensive.
