Hopefully, any settlement would involve cash and have nothing that would in any way involve us in Venezuela in any manner -- the departure of Faust tells me that we won't get involved at all.

In the event of settlement once the arbitration panel is constituted, a settlement can be entered as an award that immediately enforceable. See, ICSID Additional Facility Sch. C Art. 49(2). That means we can all get our Citgo stations right away if Venezuela defaulted on the settlement agreement.
