Crystallex to Trade on OTCQB; New Trading Symbol CRYXF effective Tuesday, June 7, 2011

Crystallex International (KRY) announced that trading of the Company's common stock will be suspended on the NYSE Amex exchange (the "Exchange") effective at the close of business on June 6, 2011, subject to the Co's appeal to remain listed on the Exchange. The Co has been informed that it is eligible for trading on the OTCQB Marketplace effective Market open on June 7, 2011 under the new ticker symbol CRYXF. Additionally, the Company will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange
