When I wrote that my "no" vote will be symbolic I meant that I don't believe my vote will decide the issues. The votes by the big institutional stockholders not we smaller retail shareholders will determine what gets approved or not approved.

I understand why Fung wants to hold on to the Amex listing but he hasn't deemed it necessary to inform us as to why I should vote "yes".

Just more of his "trust us" we know what we're doing bulls*%t.

I think management has done a terrible job for many years and voting "no" is my small way of saying so...on record.
