I'm voting no to the split and, of course, no to the compensation and no to the renewal of the board. I know my vote is symbolic but I'm voting no.

Seems like a number of people are indicating that they are voting "no", despite the fact that it is a symbolic gesture. I gather the reason it is a "symbolic gesture" is because the big institutional players are going to eagerly vote "yes" since they are so elated at the way Fung and his overpaid cronies on the BOD have enhanced their 'shareholder value'.

For the life of me....I find it difficult to believe that any shareholder....institutional or otherwise...is happy with Fung and the BOD's performance and is chomping at the bit to increase their remuneration.
