The psychology of runups

I understand why Fung wants the reverse split but by converting 10 shares to 1 I think it hurts us in the psychology of runups.

Often it happens that a 12 cent stock can be run up to 1.20 with just a good juicy rumor because a lot of people are willing to make a quick bet on something like a gold stock under a buck. But that rumor has to be a good one.

We haven't even been able to get a good rumor related to KRY for about 5 years.

On the other hand, if the stock is $1.20 it takes more than a just good rumor to run it up to $12.00.

It takes good solid positive sustained news and earnings. Something KRY has never had.

I'm voting no to the split and, of course, no to the compensation and no to the renewal of the board. I know my vote is symbolic but I'm voting no.
