That sounds like a resounding no. I guess I'll have a go at it then...

Amendments (i.e. alternate 'definative agreement' arrangements) can be added to the Primary Agreement as I understand it...perhaps that is why? No...on second thought...probably just part of the ongoing confidence game. Maybe managment will play on the 'intact Chinese connection' in the next pump 'n dump financing.
