5) Has the JV with China rail terminated? and if so, What are the plans to repay the amount owed? and is there any contact with China Rail? The Primary Agreement has not been terminated by either party. Discussions regarding definitive agreements and/or the Permitting and MOC at Las Cristinas between CREC and Crystallex were terminated. The Company and CREC maintain communication.

Anybody want to take a stab at interpreting that response?
