In my conversations with Key People.....

I believe that the senior executives of kRY are in constant communication with the Chinese, Note Holders, Portfolio Managers and VEN... although the Ven situation may have gone dead after feb 4th, 2011.

I am sure and I would bet... serious talks going on and March is our month! window has to be opening for us...
