i believe b gave the vens every opportunity to get this done right and indication was that it would be.... the agoracom kry group was allowed to meet with the executives: who was in that meeting? did you guys believe we should have went to arbitration.....

indication was a deal was agreed to and arranged with all stakeholders.... somebody from that meeting speak up please.....
